5MinutesforMom.com is hosting a spectacular Blog Party all this week. Today is, in fact, the 2nd day, but if you are just finding out about it - you're still in time! Whether you have a blog or not, it is a fun way to meet new people around the world. Here is all you have to do.
- Visit the Ultimate Blog Party page at 5MinutesforMom.com.
- Browse through the rules (there aren't many).
- If you have a blog and want to participate, you'll need to put one of their pretty badges on your blog. It is also a good idea to write a welcome post to the tons of people who will be visiting your blog.
- Then add your blog to the Mr. Linky box under the appropriate category simply by putting your name in the top line and your blog/site's URL in the bottom line.
- Now is the fun part - start clicking on the list of blogs there and leave a relevant comment on each one you visit! I can't tell you have many amazing blogs I "discovered" last year at the UBP.
- New this year is sharing your Facebook and Twitter pages as well as your blog.
- Try to come up for air once in a while. It is addictive and it is tempting to just keep saying, "I'll just visit one more." Make sure you check in on your loved ones now and again ;-)

My mom is a huge fan of vinegar. You know how when we are young we don't really pay attention to our mother's? Now it seems that all of my mom's "rambling" have turned into truths and everyone is doing them. Anyway, she keeps vinegar and baking soda stocked up like crazy.
